We’re sorry to hear about the trouble with your payment. Often, when a card is declined after multiple attempts, it may be due to a security block from your bank.

We recommend contacting your bank or card issuer to check if any restrictions or security measures in place could be blocking the transaction. Once confirmed, please try again, and let us know if you encounter any further issues. We’re here to help!

Deleting your account or removing the app does not automatically cancel your subscription. To stop recurring charges, you must cancel your subscription directly through your account settings or the platform where you initially subscribed (such as the App Store or Google Play Store). This ensures that all future payments are cancelled and no further charges will be made.

If you ordered on the website:

  1. Log in to your RouteBuddy account.
  2. Click “Menu” > “My Orders.”
  3. Click “View” on the related subscription.
  4. Press “Cancel.”

IOS
It seems that the issue you’re experiencing, where RouteBuddy is showing as unavailable in your country or location, may be due to your iCloud settings not being set to the UK. This can sometimes happen if the phone was purchased or set up in a different country or if you’ve travelled and your location still needs to be updated.
To fix this, you can follow these simple steps to change your iCloud location to the UK:

  1. On your device, go to Settings.
  2. Tap on your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
  3. Select Media & Purchases, then tap View Account.
  4. Scroll down and select Country/Region.
  5. Tap on Change Country or Region, and from the list, select United Kingdom.
  6. Agree to the terms and conditions.
  7. If prompted, update your payment method to one that is valid in the UK.

Once your iCloud location is updated, you can download and access RouteBuddy without any issues.

Android

If you are using an Android phone, here are the steps to change your location:

  1. On your Android device, open the Google Play Store app.
  2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
  3. Tap Settings  > General  > Account and device preferences>  Country and Profiles.
  4. Tap the country where you want to add an account.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to add a payment method for that country.

iOS:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap your Apple ID.
  3. Select “Subscriptions.”
  4. Tap the subscription you want to cancel.
  5. Press “Cancel Subscription” and follow the on-screen instructions.
  6. Confirm cancellation when prompted.

Android:

  1. Open Google Play Store.
  2. Tap the three horizontal lines and select “Account.”
  3. Choose “Subscriptions.”
  4. Select the subscription to cancel.
  5. Tap “Cancel Subscription” and confirm.

We don’t currently have driving test routes for this particular test centre. However, we are constantly updating our system and adding new routes. We recommend checking back regularly, as the centre you’re looking for may be added soon.

It looks like your account hasn’t been fully set up yet.
 
To create your account on the app, you’ll need to set your password using the email that was sent to you after your purchase. The subject line of this email is “Your RouteBuddy account has been created!”
 
Once you create your password from that email, our app system will recognise your account, as it was originally created through the website when you made your purchase.
 
Please check your inbox (and spam/junk folder just in case) for that email and follow the instructions to set your password. If you still have trouble, let us know and we’ll be happy to help.
RouteBuddy can only be logged in on one device at a time. Since you’d previously logged in on your new phone, the system had registered it as your active device.
