  1. Check the Email Address: Ensure you are checking the email address you used to purchase the workshop. The Zoom link is sent to this email address.
  2. Zoom Reminder Emails: We send Zoom reminder emails 2 days and 2 hours before the session to ensure you receive the link. Please check your inbox, spam, and junk folders for these emails.
  3. Verify Email Accuracy: Make sure the email address you used to purchase the workshop is correct. An incorrect email address can prevent you from receiving the Zoom link.
  4. Contact Support: If you still cannot find the Zoom link, please contact our support for assistance.

CPD certificates are typically emailed within a few days after the workshop. Please check your email inbox and your junk/spam/marketing folders, as sometimes the certificates may land there.
